2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany). When you access the site, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, file requested) in server log files on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. To protect the transmitted data, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar).

3. Newsletter (Brevo)
If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is processed via the service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure. To document your consent, we log the time of sign-up and confirmation as well as the IP address used. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo. Your data is stored for as long as you subscribe to the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. If you sign up via the mini-check (a short questionnaire), we also store — alongside your email address — the details you enter there (topic interests, age group, training status and your current goal), solely to send you relevant content. These details are optional; you can subscribe to the newsletter without them.

4. Cookies, reach measurement and local storage
This website sets no cookies for advertising or tracking purposes and builds no cross-device user profiles. For anonymous reach measurement, we use GoatCounter (goatcounter.com) on this website — a cookieless, data-minimising open-source analytics tool. GoatCounter sets no cookies, stores no full IP address, and creates no personal or cross-device profiles. It records only aggregated, anonymised access data (e.g. the page viewed, the referrer, approximate country of origin, and browser and device type) and anonymous click events (which button was used), so we can improve the content — by the tool's design, this cannot be traced back to you personally. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR); since no cookies are set and no personal data is stored, no consent is required. Fonts are loaded locally. Data is stored in your browser's localStorage only if you choose the "remember consent" option when loading Instagram content (section 5) — solely so you don't have to click again. You can revoke this at any time by clearing the website data in your browser.

5. Embedded Instagram content (Meta Platforms)
Some pages embed videos and posts from Instagram — protected by a two-click solution: when you open the page, only a placeholder is shown at first; no data flows to Meta. Only when you actively click "Load content" is the content loaded from Instagram. In doing so, data (including your IP address and browser information) is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland), and possibly to servers in the USA as well. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TTDSG), which you grant with the click. If you are logged in to Instagram at the same time, Meta may assign the access to your account. Details: Meta privacy policy.

6. Videos (self-hosted)
Teaching videos on this website are delivered directly from our STRATO web space, unless marked as Instagram content. No data is transmitted to third parties; section 2 (hosting) applies.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), the right to withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin).

8. Voluntary nature and objection to direct advertising
Providing your data is voluntary: apart from the purely technical delivery of the page (section 2), you do not have to provide any data to use the content. The newsletter is optional. You may object to the processing of your data for direct advertising purposes at any time without giving reasons — for the newsletter, the unsubscribe link in every email is sufficient.
