  • Cinnamon (optional)1 pinch

How to make it

  1. Wash the apple and slice it into wedges (or leave whole).

  3. Optionally dust with cinnamon.

My tip: Take a 10-minute walk after eating — it smooths out your blood sugar and you'll feel lighter.

Magnesium & healthy fats. Almond butter is one of the best natural sources of magnesium and monounsaturated fatty acids — both keep your energy and nerves steady. Exactly the "food first" principle: food first, then supplement deliberately. More in the Supplement Compass →
