Avocado Fried-Egg Toast

Ingredients
- Whole-grain bread100 g (≈ 2 slices)
- Avocado (ripe)75 g (≈ ½)
- Eggs2
- Olive oil5 g
- Lemon juice (optional)a splash
- Salt, pepperto taste
- Chili flakes (optional)a pinch
How to make it
- Put the bread in the toaster.
- Mash the avocado, mix it with lemon juice and salt.
- Heat the pan over medium heat with the oil, crack in the eggs and fry for 3–4 minutes — keep the yolk runny.
- Spread the avocado on the toast, set the egg on top.
- Season with pepper and chili — done.
