- Chicken breast (grilled, diced)130 g (cooked weight)
- Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, lettuce)100 g
- Avocado (sliced)75 g (≈ ½)
- Cucumber50 g
- Tomato30 g
- Extra virgin olive oil5 g
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Salt, pepperto taste
How to make it
- Arrange the mixed greens on a plate or in a bowl.
- Top with chicken, avocado, cucumber and tomato.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Add the dressing only just before eating.
