Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet150 g
  • Broccoli200 g
  • Bell pepper or zucchini150 g
  • Low-fat quark150 g
  • Olive oil5 g
  • Lemon½
  • Garlic1 small clove
  • Dill or parsleyto taste
  • Salt, pepperto taste

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (conventional).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and the pepper or zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spread the veg on a tray and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and set it on the veg.
  5. Bake for 18–22 min until the salmon is juicy and the veg still has bite.
  6. Stir the quark with lemon juice, zest, dill, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the salmon and veg with the lemon quark.
