Ingredients
- Eggs3
- Lean ham50 g
- Butter (for frying)5 g
- Spinach or mushrooms (optional)50 g
- Cheese (cheddar, feta, Emmental) (optional, not in base · +30 g ≈ +120 kcal / +10 g fat)30 g
- Salt, pepperto taste
How to make it
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan over medium-high heat with butter and wilt the spinach for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the ham in strips and cook along for 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat, pour in the eggs and spread them evenly.
- Once the edge is set, fold the omelette — the center can stay moist.
- Slide onto a plate and serve.
