Sweet Potato with Chicken
Chicken, sweet potato and broccoli — a filling combo with carbs that support recovery and sleep in the evening.

Ingredients
- Sweet potato (baked or roasted)250 g
- Grilled chicken breast130 g (cooked weight)
- Broccoli (steamed)150 g
- Olive oil (for the sweet potato)5 g
- Salt, pepperto taste
How to make it
- Oven at 200 °C: roast the sweet potato with olive oil, salt and pepper for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill the chicken (3–4 minutes per side) or pan-fry it.
- Steam the broccoli for 5–7 minutes.
- Plate everything together.

This dish is ideal for prepping ahead. When you cook, simply make one or two portions more — the preparation time stays almost the same, but you get a ready meal for the next day or for the freezer.
