Ingredients
- Arugula100 g
- Chicken or fish, cooked130 g (cooked weight)
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)50 g
- Parmesan (shaved)20 g
- Olive oil5 g
- Balsamic vinegar1 tbsp
- Salt, pepperas needed
How to make it
- Put the arugula in a bowl.
- Cut it small right in the bowl with kitchen scissors ("mesh").
- Add the tomatoes and parmesan.
- Season with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Set your protein source on top — done.
