Grilled Tuna with Sweet Potato

Ingredients
- Tuna steak (high quality, sushi grade)150 g
- Sweet potato (cubed or as wedges)200 g
- Green beans100 g
- Olive oil5 g
- Sesame oil3 g
- Wasabi and soy sauce (to serve) (optional)to taste
- Lemonto taste
How to make it
- Toss the sweet potato and beans with olive oil and roast at 200 °C for 15–20 minutes.
- Sear the tuna in a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side, keeping the center pink.
- Serve with the vegetables, a splash of sesame oil and lemon.
