Bone Broth Soup with Fish
One of the lightest dinner options — warming, easy to digest, ideal when you eat late. The bone broth makes it a natural source of glycine.

Ingredients
- Bone broth400 ml
- White fish, diced180 g
- Potato cubes, cooked150 g
- Vegetable mix (carrots, zucchini, spinach)100 g
- White wine (optional)1 tbsp
- Lemon juice½ lemon
- Fresh parsleyto taste
- Salt, pepperto taste
How to make it
- Bring the broth to a simmer.
- Add the potato cubes, carrots and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the fish and simmer for 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the spinach and lemon juice at the end.
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
