Ingredients

  • Bone broth400 ml
  • White fish, diced180 g
  • Potato cubes, cooked150 g
  • Vegetable mix (carrots, zucchini, spinach)100 g
  • White wine (optional)1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice½ lemon
  • Fresh parsleyto taste
  • Salt, pepperto taste

How to make it

  1. Bring the broth to a simmer.
  2. Add the potato cubes, carrots and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fish and simmer for 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add the spinach and lemon juice at the end.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
