Overnight Oats
Stirred together in three minutes the night before — in the morning you just give it a stir and dig in. Banana, almond butter and whey turn it into a complete breakfast.

Ingredients
- Oats (old-fashioned)50 g
- Almond milk, unsweetened200 ml
- ½ banana (mashed)60 g
- Almond butter10 g
- Whey powder, vanilla25 g
- Cinnamon (optional)pinch
How to make it
- Add the oats, cinnamon and whey powder to a jar.
- Mash the banana and add it in.
- Add the almond butter and almond milk, then stir everything well.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, give it a stir and add a splash of milk if needed — done.
